Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Terms

SpiceTree is committed to providing a fair and transparent cancellation and refund process. We understand that plans may change, and our policy is designed to be considerate while maintaining operational efficiency.

Standard Cancellation Policy

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 35 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 34 days of the check-in date will be subject to 100% retention charges.

Peak Season Bookings

  • For stays between 20 December and 5 January all bookings are non-refundable and non-amendable, regardless of notice period.

No-Show Policy

In the case of a no-show (guest does not arrive without prior notice), the entire booking amount will be charged.

Early Departure Policy

If a guest chooses to check out before the confirmed departure date, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the stay.

Amendments

Amendments to reservations are subject to availability and must be requested at least 35 days prior to arrival. Changes cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to rate adjustments.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
  • Domestic transactions may take 7–10 working days.
  • International transactions may take 20–25 working days, depending on the issuing bank.

Group Bookings & Offers

Special terms apply to group bookings and promotional packages. Please refer to specific package conditions at the time of booking or contact our reservations team for clarification.

Force Majeure Clause

SpiceTree shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions.
