Bookings, Payment & Cancellation

• Deposits: Some reservations require an advance payment to secure a booking.
• Cancellations & Amendments: Full refunds available if cancelled at least 35 days before arrival. Cancellations within 34 days incur full charges; bookings between 20 December to 5 January are non-refundable and non-amendable.
• Refund Processing: International refund settlements may take 20–25 business days.
• Rates Availability: Subject to change without notice; GST and service charges may apply.
